UPDATED: With just under 100 competitors revelled in the 3-4 foot offshore wedges for 3 days of competition. Some incredible surfing went down, and a stacked heat draw progressively got smaller and smaller until there were 2 left. Mitch Rawlins and Lachlan Cramsie went head to head in the final, with Lachlan Cramsie taking out top position Sunday morning.

Dbah Pro – Vintage Boog Expression Session

For the first time this year at the Inverted Dbah Pro we held a specialty vintage bodyboard heat. Rules were simple. All boards must be pre 1997, and the surfing must be inspired by the old school. In what wrapped up a big day of competition, 6 riders took to the water riding boards such as a Kanoa McGee Wave Rebel, a Mach 7-7, and Rheopaipo and a Bullet board. Whilst ‘Rip the Pit’ was playing over the speakers the guys took to the water. Radical reverse hand rolls, double hand carves and some crazy airs went down. Check out all the action in what was a fun way to finish off a great day.
