We are proud to bring you the official Highlights Reel for The Cave Rock Invitational 2017 filmed and edited by TimmyBaker.

A Huge thank you to the brands who made this event possible:
Billy Tennant and Red BullZA who have been apart of this event since day one, we simply could not run this event without you guys so a huge thank you goes out to them. Counter Culture got onboard this year and we are super stoked to be working with such a like minded company. Poison City Brewing is another company who stepped up and got onboard this amazing event and we are super stoked to be working with brands like them. Lastly Hand Picked were on board too so a huge thanks to them and all the other brands in support of the Cave Rock Invitational 2017.
To Jaco Theron and Glasfit – Flatglass Durban, those trophies were the best yet and we are super grateful to be able to present trophies of that quality to our riders. So from us at the Cave Rock Invitational we do extend our gratitude to you.

Sandile Shange you are the man who makes this event legal every year and we couldnt run this event without your support and blessing. So thank you as always brother!
Brett Jensen and DEon Meyer who ran the MC position on the day, what an amazing job on the Mic. Thank you both for the time and presence in what was a day of days down at the Cave Rock Invitational 2017.

On a personal level, my wife, Becca Blair Ostler from Becca Blair Designs, thank you for the endless nights of running around and assisting in making this event a special one. As well as the Kavanagh family who went well over the top in assisting us run the event this year. Your assistance means the world to me.

To the Bluff Boardriders committee for once again giving us your blessing and support. We are truly grateful for the overwhelming response from you and the community and we couldnt and wouldnt do it any other way. So from all of us who were enjoying the day at the event, we thank you!

To the riders. You guys honor us by accepting an invite each year, congratulations to all of you. A well supported day at the beach where by everybody turned up to watch you guys put it all on the line, and that you did. The winner on the day Andre Stephan Botha called it “Survival” so from us, we thank you, for competing and accepting your invites, we were truly honored to have you in a contest vest.

Andre Botha special mention to you on your 2nd win at the Cave Rock Invitational. You rode like the champ you are so weldone from all of us and i can vouch for anybody in saying, a victory well deserved.

Ricky Basnett won rider of the day award. Ricky was on fire throughout the event but lost the momentum needed in the final to secure the win…
With that being said, TimmyBaker, your work speaks for itself. We are super stoked on your support of the event this year. Your professionalism and skill was well noticed and we are stoked on the outcome….
