Shot in August 1994 this story is on Mike “Eppo” Epplestun, who the previous year had won the World Body Board Championship in Hawaii. It features him riding big waves at Pipeline in the 94 championship in which he finished 5th. “Eppo” was the first non Hawaiian to win a world championship and the first Aussie body boarder to successfully ride big Pipe.
