Flow Theory is a short bodyboarding film shot in the Western Cape. Flow Theory’ is a concept proposed by Mihály Csíkszentmihályi where one is entirely focused and absorbed in what one does. Josh John related this concept to bodyboarding and the unique way in which it lets you focus directly on the present moment.
