Lachlan Cramsie had a good 2016. He got a new signature model with Nomad, won the SWS Mystics Pro, placed second overall on the ABA Tour Rankings, released a banging clip from a smash and grab trip in between events and chased some serious slabs in his spare time.

Cramsie was looking to make an effort to test his new sled in the heavy stuff, and in doing so he shot down to Tasmania to tame some serious litres of water and see what his new 41 inches of foam could do under pressure. As a result you are about to witness the fruits of his efforts and his entry in the Nomad Big Wave Awards for 2016/17.
